We are committed to helping people like you celebrate life with surprise and delight. Please let us know if we can help you with special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or delivery to a special address by contacting us.

Additionally, for your protection and peace of mind, we:

  • Ship orders in discreet packaging.
  • Insure and register all items for their full value.
  • Require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
  • Do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Require an adult to sign for delivery of all orders.
  • Are unable to reroute packages after they have left our facility for insurance purposes.

Packaging Details

Every item we send comes in our signature Timothy Carr packaging. Engagement rings arrive in a deluxe ring box within an elegant presentation box ready for your proposal. The presentation box also secures your appraisal certificate and diamond grading report.

Hold for Pickup

If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for your package to be held at a pickup location where it will be held for up to five (5) business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate. Other shipping location options include a trusted friend or family member or your work address. Contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking

Your order status page provides the latest updates. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes shipment tracking information.

Signature Requirements

For your protection, all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a notice and attempt to redeliver or hold the package at the nearest facility for pick-up. Due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing; FedEx and UPS may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for Fedex and UPS. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination.


All orders are insured for the full purchase value. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace your purchase.

Delivery Inspection

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Delivery Times

Timothy Carr is committed to delivering every order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and may result in an unavoidable delay to your delivery. For insurance reasons, we are unable to reroute packages after we have shipped them to you. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping fees may apply, and will be calculated at checkout. We ship international orders through via International Priority. Please go to the FedEx or UPS site for additional details.

International customers are responsible for additional duties, taxes, surcharges, and VAT. For questions, to confirm additional fees, or to facilitate the clearance process, please contact FedEx or UPS upon receipt of your tracking number to facilitate the clearance process.

Custom Jewelry Orders

The production time for custom jewelry can vary depending on the complexity of the design, the type of metal and gemstones being used, and the workload of our master jewelers. On average, production times for custom engagement rings can range from four (4) to six (6) weeks, although it can take longer for more complex designs.

It is important to keep in mind that the production time can be impacted by various factors, such as the availability of materials, workload of our master jewelers, and any customization requests. It is always a good idea to discuss the production time with us before placing your order and to ensure that you have enough time to receive the ring before your desired deadline. We may also be able to provide you with a more accurate estimate based on your specific requirements.
