At the start of our custom jewelry design process, we’ll have a conversation that sparks your imagination and gives us valuable insights into your preferences and aspirations. Come equipped with photos, napkin sketches, or simply an open mind, as this step is designed to ignite inspiration regardless of your starting point.
STEP TWO
VISIONING
Using your vision as our inspiration, we’ll begin crafting your custom piece, sharing sketches and working in close collaboration with you to ensure every detail is flawless. If your design calls for diamonds or other unique gemstones or materials, we’ll guide you in selecting the perfect elements to bring your creation to life.
STEP THREE
CRAFTING
Finally, we bring your vision to life with utmost precision and care. Using only the finest grown diamonds and high-quality materials, we meticulously craft your custom jewelry piece. We are committed  to creating a stunning masterpiece that you will cherish for years to come.
CAD
We model your ideas and inspirations digitally, and incorporate the necessary components and balance to ensure it can be 3D printed.
Rendering
We create a 360-degree photorealistic digital rendering for your design, in any metal color you desire – diamonds included!
SPECS
We provide all the necessary details for your design, including stone size and count, metal weight, and estimated cost to produce.
Frequently Asked Questions
Rings typically take a minimum of 15 business days. On average, rings and accessories are complete within four weeks. We recommend ordering no later than a month in advance if you have a strict timeline.
This is dependent on the design and specifications. When you design your own ring, please submit your delivery deadline in your request form and we will confirm if it is possible.
Once the rendering has been approved and you have paid for your custom ring, we are not able to cancel the order.
In addition to helping you design your own ring, our highly skilled team can collaborate with you to custom design any type of fine jewelry including engagement rings, wedding bands, everyday rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and cufflinks!
Custom designed jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We will work with you to ensure that you are completely delighted with the final product when you design your own ring.
We discuss your design and create price estimates at no cost! We require a 25% deposit prior to producing CAD renderings of your design. The deposit will go towards the final cost of your piece. The CAD renderings are typically presented within 7–10 business days.
