Returns & Exchanges

At Timothy Carr, we are dedicated to providing high-quality diamond jewelry that meets your exact specifications. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy and contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Return or Exchange

We hope you love your Timothy Carr jewelry, but if for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be received by us in perfect, unworn condition, in the original packaging, with all documentation and certificates. Please note that the first day of approval is the date that your order is scheduled for delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt to initiate a return. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either repair or replace your purchase.

Return for Any Other Reason

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt to initiate a return. We will offer a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping and handling fees, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or paperwork.

After fourteen (14) days, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on wedding bands, earrings, personalized or engraved items, full diamond set bands, customized or resized jewelry, special orders, and orders purchased outside the United States. These items may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Custom Orders

As custom orders are made to your unique specifications, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing your order, please review all details including ring size, metal type, gemstone selection, and design specifications to ensure that they meet your expectations.

Process

Please contact us for a request before sending back merchandise. Be sure to include your original order number with the request.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item to you after receiving the item you are returning. Timothy Carr is not responsible for tracking your refund with your financial institution. Please give the process up to ten (10) business days to arrive in your account after the refund has been processed.

A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RA number (Return Authorization number). Please mark the outside of your return package with this RA number as well as adding a note inside detailing the reason for the return so that we can process your request in a timely manner.
